Who we are
This website is run by rose social., a social media marketing studio based in Georgia, USA (“rose social.”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through rosesocialagency.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, business name, email address, Instagram handle, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
What we don’t collect. We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers, we don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
Cookies and similar technology
We don’t set advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores one small, temporary setting in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit; it is deleted when you close the tab. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about our services
- To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our services
- To keep the website secure and working properly
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the site and our business, and only for those purposes:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website
- Formspree, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
- Google (Gmail), which we use for email
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required for the work and for legal, tax and accounting purposes. After that we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, such as Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them, and we aren’t responsible for their practices.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
